In Italian, che figata means how cool. The concept draws inspiration from the hills of Piedmont and Tuscany to the shores of Calabria and Sicily. Chef Rino Serra is behind the menu, which showcases flavours from his home.

The signature dishes at Che Figata in Riyadh include the Risotto Ai Porcini and Risotto Gamberi e Zafferano. The menu also includes freshly made pasta with classic sauces, and wood-fired pizzas. Desserts range from tiramisu to Sicilian ice cream. Plus, there is a creative mocktail menu with aperitifs and spritzes.

Che Figata in Riyadh boasts an elegant design. Its features include natural materials, high-end textiles, and monochrome marble tiles. The team has collaborated with the local brand Nakhati, which showcases Saudi Arabian ingredients. This is part of Fairmont Hotel Riyadh’s commitment to local partnerships.
