Celebrate the Kingdom’s food scene at Saudi Feast Food Festival. The festival takes place from 23 November to 2 December at King Saud University in Riyadh. The event brings together gastronomic experiences, which include cooking competitions and workshops, food tastings, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
The Culinary Arts Commission is behind the third Saudi Feast Food Festival. The event caters to industry professionals as well as foodie enthusiasts, and is rooted in showcasing the country’s culinary heritage to a local, regional and international audience.
The festival encompasses 13 zones. The zones range from a children’s area with a farm and educational activities, to a zone dedicated to the country’s food traditions. The event is packed with activities, as guests will be able to shop at boutiques promoting local brands, and watch entertainment including live music and performances.
This year, the festival aims to showcase local as well as international cuisines. Greece is participating and will have a dedicated area where visitors can learn about the country’s culinary traditions. Other highlights include The Olive Showcase where visitors can learn all about olives from experts and tasting experiences.
At Saudi Feast Food Festival, visitors can choose from a range of dining experiences. The line-up includes diverse restaurants and dishes, and an exclusive area offering a fine dining experience. Plus, the event concludes with the Gourmand Awards at the Business Theater.
The Saudi Food Festival is also where we will be hosting the first-ever FACT Dining Awards Riyadh. The exclusive invite-only event will take place on Thursday, 23 November, and will see 37 awards given out across 17 categories, covering more than 100 nominees.
