Make your way through pizzas and pastas in the new Italian restaurant.
Riyadh, there’s a new restaurant in town. The Italian restaurant Molto has opened in As Sahafah, and brings the flavours of Naples to the capital. So, if you want to grab a slice or three of pizza, here’s what you need to know.
Molto in Riyadh has a relaxed yet refined vibe. The restaurant includes high ceilings, curved arches, white walls and exposed bricks, which create an extensive space. At the heart of the venue is an open kitchen, which includes a pizza oven. Grab a seat by the emerald counter and watch the chefs at work. The décor boasts indoor trees, hanging plants, photos on the wall, green seats, and mustard-coloured semicircle sofas as well as stools.
Molto in Riyadh’s menu spans appetisers, pasta, pizza and dessert, which draw their inspiration from Neapolitan cuisine and cooking techniques. The dishes are served on pretty plates with designs inspired by the Mediterranean – a burrata served on a bright blue and yellow plate, anyone?
The appetisers include Arancini, Fried Calamari, Truffle Fries and Zucchini. The pastas include Caprese Pasta, Molto Makarna and Truffle Pasta. The pizzas come with a bubbly, thick crust and include Meat With Burrata, Sea Fruit, Truffle Pizza and Margherita Pizza. Plus, the decadent desserts are (almost) too pretty to eat and range from Milfogle to Molto Sweet.
Molto is currently in the soft opening phase, and is open daily from 5pm to midnight. The restaurant is available for reservations and walk-in. Check in with FACT for more details.
