The St. Regis Riyadh is one of the most sophisticated hotels in Saudi Arabia. Now, the hotel has announced the opening of Stella Sky Lounge. Bringing together snacks, shisha and sights, it boasts a classy and contemporary vibe.
Stella Sky Lounge serves international cuisine, and dishes span flatbreads, grilled, plancha, raw, salads, sides and desserts. Grilled dishes include Beef Kebab, Lamb Chops and Lamb Kofta. Raw dishes range from Peruvian Mango Seabass Ceviche to Wagyu Tartar.
Salads range from Citrus and Watermelon Quinoa to King Prawn and Papaya Wedges. Desserts include Churros with red currant sauce, Honey Glazed Fruit Skewers with Berries, and a Tropicana Trat with mango, passion fruit and pineapple.
Stella Sky Lounge’s drinks menu includes mocktails, which draw inspiration from the Zodiac signs. Each drink comes with a description of the sign, and a carefully created mocktail. Aries is a grapefruit juice, Gemini is a black peach tea, and Libra is a passion fruit drink.
Stella Sky Lounge boasts an open-air terrace, and panoramic views of Via Riyadh and the city. The design is smart and sleek with neutral tones including wide, white pillars; brown and beige floor tiles; and soft white sofas. The traditional carpets add a touch of colour and culture. Plus, there are floor-to-ceiling windows, which make the most of the view.
The St. Regis Riyadh is also home to Jackie Restaurant, which combines American and Greek influences; and The St. Regis Bar, which serves the brand’s signature St. Regis Bloody Mary.
Stella Sky Lounge is open daily from 6pm to 2am.
