Get ready for burgers, beverages and a bygone era.
Pepsi adverts have hit the headlines, from Michael Jackson’s Pepsi Generation to Kendall Jenner’s Live for Now. The brand is now going viral, thanks to The Pepsi Diner in Boulevard Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The pop-up experience is open now, and runs until mid-August.
PepsiCo and Black Tap have partnered to create The Pepsi Diner. The experience combines Black Tap’s burgers with Pepsi’s drinks. It offers a twist on the classic American diner, aiming to transport guests to the golden age of retro diners and celebrate youth and energy.
The Pepsi Diner is decorated in Pepsi colours throughout the space. The tiled floor is black and blue, the counter is black and the stools are blue. Plus, there are old-school features throughout, from neon signs with the Pepsi logo and stating the word diner.
The Pepsi Diner’s menu includes burgers that can be paired with a Pepsi. The drinks also include Black Tap’s colourful concoctions, which are piled high with cream and toppings. Don’t miss the Limited Edition Pepsi Shake featuring Pepsi, vanilla cake and a touch of lemon.
The venue is more than just a diner. It also includes family-friendly features and activities for all ages. Look out for air hockey and a live DJ, which adds fun to the atmosphere.
Black Tap can be found across the Middle East, and has locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh. The brand prides itself on its Insta-worthy food and drinks, and its Crazyshake station that offers customised milkshakes.
The Pepsi Diner in Riyadh is open daily from 6pm to late. Check in with FACT for the latest thing to do in Riyadh.
