Riyadh, if you’re looking for a new fitness centre, here’s one to put on your radar. London’s Repose Space is scheduled to open in 2025, and is a popular, uber-cool concept. Now, the venue is planning to make its debut in the Kingdom, and spread its positive vibes.
The original Repose Space is located on Kensington High Street in Kensington. The centre offers classes, therapies and treatments, which aim to help individuals achieve a healthy lifestyle. Taking a holistic approach, there are treatments for detoxing, stress reduction and weight loss.
Details have not yet been released about Repose Space in Riyadh. So far, we know that it will be in a much larger space in comparison to the London venue. If the London concept is anything to go by, Riyadh is in for some fitness fun. The London team includes experts in aerial work, antigravity training, barre, pilates and yoga.
The fitness options in Repose Space in London range from private sessions to group classes. The classes include a Beginner, which guides you how to use a hammock; Restorative Yoga, which focuses on gyro kinetic movements; Suspension Fitness, which is low-impact; and Aerial Yoga, which takes a three-dimensional approach. Plus, the mat classes include Barless Barre, Jivamukti Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
Repose Space in London has free consultations and a range of membership options: Temporary Membership for two weeks at £300; Monthly Memberships from £125; Unlimited Biohacking from £500; and Unlimited All from £700.
