The decision left many in shock, especially considering Australia’s love for sports, including their passion for football. In a short statement, Football Australia said, “We have reached the conclusion not to do so for the 2034 competition.”
With Australia out of the picture, all eyes turned to Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Arabian Football Association is determined to put the Kingdom on the sporting map by hosting the FIFA World Cup 2034.
