Al Hamra Palace Jeddah
Al Hamra Palace Jeddah was originally built as a royal residence for King Faisal bin Abdulaziz. Now, Boutique Group will transform the property into a lavish hotel with 77 keys, including 32 lavish palace suites, 44 luxurious villas and one royal suite. The project aims to combine Saudi Arabia’s culture and heritage with hospitality. Boutique Group is partnering with the critically acclaimed French interior designer Jacques Garcia on the design which mixes architectural traditions, from Islamic hijazi to neo-classical elements.

ENVI Al Nakheel
Being green doesn’t have to mean scrimping on luxury because ENVI Al Nakheel is opening in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Al Ahsa Oasis. The resort will include 25 eco-lodging pods with one and two bedrooms, a farm-to-table dining concept, a café, a spa, a kids’ club and a swimming pool. Plus, there will be yet-to-be-unveiled immersive experiences, which make the most of the resort’s traditional date palm farm location.

Saudi Arabia has been welcoming the biggest hotels from around the world. Now, IHG and Regent Hotels have announced that they will be opening new hotels in King Abdullah Financial District. InterContinental Riyadh KAFD is scheduled to open by the end of 2024. The hotel includes 400 rooms, a flagship restaurant, two themed restaurants and a lobby lounge. The Red Palace Riyadh
The Red Palace, located north of Al-Fouta Park in Riyadh, is undergoing a revamp. This historic palace, reportedly the first reinforced concrete building constructed in Riyadh and completed in 1944, has a rich history. In 1957, it served as the headquarters of the Council of Ministers and later as the headquarters of the Board of Grievances until 2002. After its renovation by the Boutique Group, the Red Palace is set to feature an array of luxurious accommodations and amenities. Nestled in Makkah, the Abraj Kudai is already making quite a statement. Once built, the world’s largest hotel will feature a podium upon which 12 towering structures will rise — each ranging from 30 to 48 stories in height. Saudi Arabia is filled with exciting megaprojects. The Kingdom is building the world’s largest tower, Jeddah Tower. Located on the Gulf of Aqaba, Siranna will be located between soaring mountains and boast spectacular views. Even the entrance will be Insta-worthy, as it can be accessed by a boat that weaves its way through natural rock formations. The structure has been designed to complement the surroundings and preserve the landscape while paying homage to the heritage of the local area. The building is made up of hexagonal pillars, which range in height and will be home to 100 hotel rooms and apartments, which span 65 rooms and 35 residences.
