The services at Extra Hour Spa are split into six revitalising zones.
With its playful and contemporary reinterpretation of ancient Bedouin traditions, it’s clear that only the unexpected is to be expected at 25hours Hotel One Central – and its newly open spa is proof. Located on the sixth floor, Extra Hour Spa offers everything from 25-minute fixes to full-body treatments, accented by the rooftop pool and Monkey Bar that boasts Museum of the Future views.
Extra Hour Spa’s experiences are carefully designed to attract both the traditional spa enthusiast and more modern-minded souls, with the services split into six revitalising zones. The Massage Zone entails an aromatic journey, complete with a blend of essential oils for well-being throughout the day. This zone provides four massage options, each relieving tension and enhancing functions. The Body Zone, meanwhile, is centred around remodelling and stimulating microcirculation, offering three different massage options that improve skin tone, elasticity, and overall quality. We’re told it’s perfect for those looking to get back into shape.
Turning back the clock is easy with the treatments at the Face Zone, where active ingredients are combined with pressure point massage techniques that are guaranteed to relax facial muscles and skin. The four treatments within the Face Zone are age-defying, relaxing and hydrating. Extra Hour Spa allows guests to discover natural and organic options with the Organic Zone, where the likes of Facial by Nature, Nature’s Touch, and Extra Ancestry Signature await. As for those pressed for time? The aptly named Pressed for Time Zone offers five quixotic services – all within 30 minutes or less. Whether you’re looking to get a glow for an event, melt away knots or release stress, these quick treatments are the ideal.
Incidentally, the new spa caters to men, too. Designed specifically for the man who pushes himself to his physical limits – while still understanding the art of self-care – is the Mantuary Zone. Here, men can get massages aimed to remodel, firm and cleanse. But Extra Hour Spa doesn’t limit the R&R just to the spa – The Elixir Clinic, established in London and internationally recognised, provides tailor-made treatments to enhance vitality, well-being and longevity through IV nutrient therapy. Elsewhere, the pampering continues at a ladies’ salon run by celebrity hairdresser Wassim Steve, a barber and concept store inspired by the classic barbershops of NYC, and Dubai’s first outdoor mixed-use sauna.
