Group-based exercise classes will encourage adolescents to live healthy, active lifestyles.
As one of the leading functional fitness classes for adults worldwide, F45 has over 1,750 studios in 45 countries across the globe.
The popular fitness brand has announced the opening of F45 Prodigy, a new studio aimed at young adults, which will open its first Middle Eastern location at F45 Dubai Motor City next month.
F45 Prodigy is a functional training program specifically designed to promote healthy development and fitness outcomes in children and adolescents aged 11 to 17 years through unique workouts.
The group-based exercise classes revolve around cardio, resistance, and hybrid fundamentals and are designed to improve participants strength and fitness levels. The classes are for teenagers of all fitness levels and encourage social interaction, healthy development, enhanced motor skills and coordination through carefully curated functional moves within a safe and supportive environment.
Caitlin Pickles, Manager at F45 Prodigy Dubai Motor City, said: “Prodigy is the best way to get children interested and excited about health and fitness from a young age, encouraging healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
“The coaches and I will create a positive and friendly atmosphere, where everyone feels like they’ve achieved a fantastic workout, they’re making friends and boosting their self-esteem more with every class.”
Qualified coaches will be on hand throughout the classes, which begin on Saturday 1 May 2021, to provide motivation, inspiration and ensure the correct techniques for every move.
