Vinyasa yoga sessions will take place high above the Palm Jumeirah on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
Dubai’s newest observation deck, The View at The Palm, not only showcases unrivalled views across Atlantis The Palm and the fronds of Palm Jumeirah but will now be offering sky-high yoga sessions twice a week.
For the first time, the stunning 360 observation deck will host weekly yoga sessions every Tuesday and Friday from 7am to 8am, accompanied by 360-degree views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s most recognisable landmarks.
The morning yoga sessions are held in partnership with Core Direction, one of Dubai’s leading fitness, health and wellness companies. Yogis can find their zen with a 60-minute vinyasa yoga session at the unique observation deck on level 52 at The Palm Tower. Participants will be guided and encouraged to practice body balance, breathing and relaxation techniques from the highest vantage point on Palm Jumeirah.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at 6:30am to set up and enjoy the remarkable sunrise views before the yoga experience commences. Following the 60-minute wellness session, there are plenty of appealing breakfast options to prolong your leisurely morning in Nakheel Mall.
Yoga at The View will adhere to strict COVID-19 safety regulations, including two-metre social distancing and sanitising protocols.
Sessions will be held from 7am to 8am on Tuesday 15 June and Friday 18 June and every Tuesday and Friday after that, for AED149 per person.
