Imitators have come and gone, but Q’s Bar & Lounge at Palazzo Versace Dubai continues to lead the way when it comes to live entertainment in Dubai. Now, the award-winning venue has welcomed American singer Ayanna Joni, who has officially started her three-month residency. And if her name sounds familiar, it’s because you’ve likely seen her belting out Demi Lovato’s hit “Sorry Not Sorry” as a contestant on Season 15 of The Voice.

The New York-based singer has since been a member of the former girl group behind hit single “Over It”, worked with Stargate Music, and collaborated with several renowned record producers – Andrew “Pop” Wansel, Al-Sherrod “A-Rod” Lambert, and Soul Diggaz included. She has also opened for Ludacris and Gym Class Heroes in the past, and served as a background vocalist for award-winning artists such as Kid Cudi, 2 Chainz, Royce Da 5 9, and Jesse McCartney.

Joni has also performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Closer to home, she will be taking the main stage at Q’s five days a week, performing Wednesday through Sunday from 7pm to 1am.
