Located in Atlantis, The Palm, Studio Frantzén joins culinary elites like Hakkasan, Nobu, and Ossiano, bringing a unique blend of French-Asian cuisine with Nordic influences to Dubai’s dining scene. Designed with a focus on social dining, Studio Frantzén invites guests to connect over crafted cocktails and shared plates, making each dish a part of the immersive experience.

From the moment you step through the doors of Studio Frantzén, you’re transported to an elegant and luxurious setting, where hand-painted murals by Neel Shukla lend an air of refined artistry. A striking bear sculpture at the entrance sets the tone for sophistication. With stylish booths and a grand atrium adorned with chandeliers, the restaurant accommodates up to 208 guests, alongside an exclusive private dining room for up to 14—perfect for intimate gatherings.

Inspired by chef Björn Frantzén’s famed open-flame kitchen in Stockholm, the menu at Studio Frantzén is an exciting mix of new creations and signature dishes that elevate French and Asian flavours with Nordic flair. Standout dishes include Cote de Boeuf with smoked bone marrow, Rock lobster with coriander curry, and the chef’s celebrated Turbot served with butter sauce, anchovy, caviar, and dill.

For dessert, Studio Frantzén introduces something truly unique: an interactive walk-in Candy Room. This immersive space invites you to indulge in and explore a curated selection of sweet treats, ensuring the final course is just as memorable as the rest of your meal.

Swedish chef Björn Frantzén is recognised as a visionary in the culinary world, earning his first Michelin star within a year of opening his Stockholm restaurant and is currently ranked No. 41 in The Best Chef Top 100 list.

Studio Frantzén will be one of two new restaurants opening at Atlantis, The Palm, alongside the fine dining restaurant FZN, sibling to the three-Michelin-starred Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore.
