Celebrity chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author, Michael Mina is back in Dubai this week, cooking up a storm at popular FACT award nominee MINA Brasserie from Friday 18 February to Wednesday 23 February. 

The chef and founder of MINA Group was awarded a Michelin star for his San Francisco restaurant, Michael Mina and has since expanded his restaurant empire from California to Hawaii and now Dubai.

Fans of Michael’s modus operandi, which focuses on simple yet technically excellent cuisine, can look forward to lunches and dinners led by the Chef himself. With diners promised an engaging gastronomic experience and a dash of unexplored flavours, with Mina’s knack for peppering flavours from his birthplace in Egypt and the region over European creations.

The restaurant serves seductively simple Brasserie style dishes, with hints of Mina’s Arabian upbringing adding flair to European recipes. MINA’s patrons can explore new creations and signature flavours, including Michael Mina’s tuna tartare with pine nuts, wood-fired baby chicken, oak-grilled octopus and a selection of Creekstone Farm steaks.
