The venue boasts an Arabesque setting, and guests can dine under the stars while taking in the spectacular skyline. Chef Reiner Lupfer is behind the menu, which uses locally sourced ingredients to create Arabic classics. The savoury dishes include slow-roasted lamb ouzi, shish taouk, kofta and marinated prawns. The traditional Arabic sweets include cheese kunafa, luqaimat and camel ice cream. Plus, there are live stations for shawarma, and grill stations serving fish.
