Filini Garden and Antonia
Filini Garden joins hands with FACT award-winner Antonia to bring Italian flavours to the F1 weekend. Join Chef Simone Federici as he showcases his Roman-style pizzas, such as the Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, and the Burrata Pizza, made with the brand’s signature, 72-hour fermented pizza dough. These square pizzas are baked in rectangular trays, just like in the streets of Rome. Filini Garden’s Chef Marco Gattone will complement the pizzas with dishes like Scallops and Prawns Pizzaiola and Veal Shank Milanese.
