Continuing its reputation for exceptional dining experiences, the restaurant is honouring the Holy Month of Ramadan with a unique spin on the traditional iftar. Carna’s iftar feast will showcase dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients that can be found throughout the Ramadan season.Â
The meal begins with a generous selection of Italian and Middle Eastern-inspired appetisers designed for sharing. Expect minestrone soup, red pepper hummus, spicy Italian shakshuka and grilled focaccia.
Carna’s meat-driven iftar menu honours the traditions of butchery, whereby all cuts of meat are used for consumption, and nothing is wasted. Adhering to the restaurant’s nose-to-tail philosophy, the iftar utilises a whole roasted lamb to create two signature main dishes. Whereby diners can select from lamb ragu risotto, roasted lamb, or local Seabass paccher.Â
To cap off the memorable meal, Carna’s decadent dessert platter features mango chilli kunafa and date fondant, providing a sweet conclusion to this indulgent iftar.
Accompanied by solid service, sky-high views and a vibrant setting, Carna’s iftar takes place in an exclusive private dining area with seating for just 60 guests. Here, Khaleeji-style furnishings create an intimate and cosy atmosphere throughout the Holy Month. Reservations are recommended.
