Each course will feature the finest locally sourced ingredients, expertly prepared to showcase the flavours of Prime68’s signature steaks and dishes, paired with a specially selected glass of grape to round out the experience. This unique dining journey will start with an amuse-bouche of steak tartare, pickled mustard and potato galette, followed by burrata with roasted red pepper escalivada on grilled sourdough, and a flavoursome lobster bisque served with brioche.

The dinner continues with seabass Meunière with confit tomato and almonds, after which diners can indulge in a succulent Wagyu filet mignon A5 with fondant potatoes and Brussel sprouts, finishing their meal with a sweet tarte Tatin and vanilla ice cream. Incidentally, the grapes of Thelema Mountain Vineyards have earned critical acclaim for their exceptional quality and distinctive flavour profiles. Established in 1983, it is a family-run business nestled on the slopes of Simonsberg mountain, just outside the South African town of Stellenbosch.

The vineyard’s director, Thomas Webb, will be on hand to provide guests with insights into the unique characteristics of each grape. The experience is priced at AED 495 per person, and limited places are available.
