Partner Content: The beach resort is hosting a dedicated array of culinary and wellness offerings this season.

If there’s one thing that makes staying put over summer worthwhile, it’s summer specials — and lots of them. The ten-week Dubai Summer Surprises aside, hotels across the city have gotten on board, and Sofitel Dubai The Palm is no exception.

While the luxury resort is popular for its Polynesian feel, it’s the accents of French savoir-faire that make it a distinctly Sofitel property. Echoing its DNA is the ongoing Summer Chic campaign that embraces the chic à la Française spirit through an enticing array of culinary, wellness and olfactory offerings that will run until 30 September. Discover them at a glance, below.

Taste Of Summer

Catering to all manner of palates, the property’s line-up of culinary venues have designed set dinner menus for summer. Priced at AED 250 per person and spanning three courses, they’re offered at seafood restaurant Moana, steakhouse Porterhouse, Laguna Beach Taverna & Lounge, Pan-Asian eatery Hong Loong, Indian cuisine concept Zoya by Maui, and The World Eatery.

‘Joie de Vivre’ a Summer Spa Edition

Over at Sofitel SPA by L’Occitane, you can enjoy a 60-minute Oriental Massage, access to spa facilities (pool and beach included), and a three-course menu at The World Eatery for AED 625 per person.

Summer Chic Pampering

For an even longer session of self-care, you can indulge in the Summer Chic Pampering special. For AED 499, enjoy a 60-minute treatment with a choice of a 30-minute foot, leg or back massage followed by a 30-minute face-lift sculpting using a gua sha. Alternatively, go for a 90-minute treatment (including a full-body massage followed by a 30-minute face-lift sculpting using a gua sha) for AED 699.

Summer ME Time

Also offered by Sofitel SPA by L’OCCITANE is Summer ME Time, priced at AED 570. It entails a 75-minute pampering session that includes: a ten-minute body detox in a steam room, a body wrap for smoother and softer skin, a 30-minute moisturising facial, as well as access to spa facilities (sauna and steam rooms, hydro pool, plunge pools).

Pool & Beach Access

Keeping the kids entertained? Passes that grant pool and beach access are priced AED 65 per child (6-12 years old) on weekdays, and AED 100 per child on weekends. Adult passes are priced at AED 150 on weekdays, and AED 200 on weekends.

Stretch.com

The resort has also joined forces with Stretch.com, the world’s first 360-stretching studio, to offer invigorating stretching sessions that provide the perfect balance between relaxation, rejuvenation and physical wellness. Priced at AED 280 and taking place every second Saturday of the month, the 60-minute stretching sessions are held at The Library at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Extras include an AED 200 Spa voucher to be used at Sofitel SPA with L’Occitane, Sofitel Dubai The Palm – valid on 60-minute treatments and above as well as a refreshing smoothie in Maui before accessing the pools and beach.

Scent & Flavour with Arcadia

Sofitel Dubai The Palm has also partnered with homegrown fragrance brand Arcadia by Amna Al Habtoor to host the Scent & Flavour perfume-mixing workshops. Taking place once a month over summer, they take guests on a sensory journey of scent discovery that’s complemented by afternoon tea. This seasonal special starts at AED 290 per person.
