It feels like only yesterday when The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm celebrated its launch last May, capturing attraction for its location in the decadent Palm Tower. And just shy of its first anniversary, the property is gearing up to host Ramadan celebrations for the first time – and both iftar and suhoor guests will be welcome.

Starting 2 April, all-day fine-dining restaurant Cordelia will see guests gather daily around a spectacular iftar buffet. Priced only AED 235 per person and served from sunset to 9pm, it will treat diners to a feast featuring everything from dates, olives and dried apricots to an impressive array of Ramadan favourites, a selection of refreshing drinks and juices, several food sections including cheese and charcuterie, hot and cold mezze, a soup corner, an Indian corner, a live cooking station, a shawarma station and a dedicated grill corner.

The expansive buffet will also include delectable mains such as Braised Lamb Shank with caramelised prunes and sesame seeds, ‘Tfaya’ Couscous with raisins and sweet onion confit, and Grilled Fish Fillet with butter and lemon sauce. Adding a touch of indulgence to the meal, the dessert corner promises an extensive array of sweets such as Um Ali, Gulab Jamun, Khunafa, Turkish Delights – and much more.

To prepare for a new fulfilling day of fasting, guests are encouraged to return for suhoor, when à la carte options will be available at Dip Pool Lounge from 9pm to 3am. In the spirit of Ramadan, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is also offering special group rates on its iftar offering for those looking to celebrate in style with private events. Meanwhile, More Cravings members can enjoy special benefits with an exclusive offering consisting of a complimentary package for every three purchased.
