SPONSORED: The Hokkaido Menu at Armani/Hashi will be available from Friday, 14 January 2022.
Situated inside the world’s tallest building, upmarket Japanese restaurant Armani/Hashi celebrates the artistry of Japanese cuisine with an imaginative twist on traditional and contemporary dishes.
It is here that Dubai’s discerning diners can experience the very best of Japan, where the freshest fish is flown in daily from around the world and complemented by beguiling beverages.
Known as one of the top places to indulge in Japanese cuisine in Dubai, Armani/Hashi is welcoming the new year by introducing a brand new menu dedicated to the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido. This homage to Hokkaido highlights the tri-coastal flavours of the island with a celebratory six-course seafood menu.
Available from Friday, 14 January and priced at AED 799 per person, guests will begin their culinary journey with the creamy uni heart of the highly prized sea urchin accompanied by an oyster.
The successive courses will showcase a collection of dishes featuring another signature island ingredient, Hokkaido crab. The large crustacean will be paired and prepared with contemporary flair in a nourishing Dobin broth and as part of a chefs speciality selection of sashimi and maki. The show-stopping main course will feature Hokkaido crab prepared on the robata grill paired with melt-in-the-mouth Wagyu beef.
Offering the ideal location for an intimate meal, Armani/Hashi boasts a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking The Dubai Fountain and access to a private shisha lounge.
Armani/Hashi is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 6:30pm to 11:30pm on the concourse floor of Burj Khalifa.
