February Tasting Menu
Il Tartufo (Italian for ‘The Truffle’) is available nightly throughout the month of February, allowing foodies to indulge in a six-course truffle tasting menu. For AED 499 per person, this spectacular new offering features black winter truffle as the star ingredient and offers an array of delectable dishes bursting with flavour, starting with Benvenuto (grilled lettuce served with horseradish and drizzled with sweet honey and black truffle).
Next on the menu is Uovo, a poached egg dish with parmigiano reggiano foam, grilled asparagus, mushroom chips, and truffle followed by the Chef’s Favourite, featuring a warm focaccia with mozzarella, robiola cheese, and a fragrant truffle and aromatic salad. The mains continue with Colpa D’Alfredo risotto (made up of alfredo sauce, porcini mushroom and black truffle) and a succulent tender Wagyu cheek (served with cauliflower purée, cacao sauce and even more truffle). For a plate of perfection, the 3 Cioccolati is the sweetest of endings, featuring different textures of rich dark and milk chocolate, accented with salted caramel and black truffle.
Ciao Ragazze Tuesday Ladies Night New Offer
Available every Tuesday, Ciao Ragazze (Italian for ‘Hey Girls’) is the perfect place to gather the girls – and the gents! Offering a true taste of the Italian Riviera, where the vibe is sophisticated yet laidback, diners can indulge in a spectacular three-course menu every Tuesday from 6:30pm to11:30pm. It features not only irresistible dishes, but also three hours of unlimited selected beverages. Priced AED 199 for ladies and AED 299 for gents, guests will experience the very best of traditional Italian cuisine – think: Burrata, Pizza Marinara, and Cocktail di Gamberi alongside mains like Cacao E Pepe and Risotto Paella.
Buona Domenica
Live the sweet life every Sunday, joining Torno Subito for a mouth-watering dining affair. Dive into a laidback, retro-inspired afternoon from 1pm to 4pm with a sharing-style Italian lunch mere steps away from the beach. Priced AED 249 per person for the soft beverages offering and AED 349 per person inclusive of house beverages, this one features free-flowing beverages, playfully audacious food and live entertainment.
Lido by Torno Subito
Chef Massimo Bottura’s first restaurant outside of Italy now welcomes guests to its panoramic beach, bringing a true taste of Italian Riviera to Palm Jumeirah. Open daily from 11am to 11pm, Lido by Torno Subito offers the perfect place to take advantage of the incredible weather, complete with a sun lounger and complimentary water for AED 100 per person.
