With sweeping views of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, Tramonto Sunsets at Roberto’s offers a sunset ritual to instil guests with a sense of wonder. Opt from one ‘Inizi’, one ‘Secondi’ and one ‘Dolci’; offering a decadent and array of flavours and aromas to ignite the senses. Dishes include salmon tartare, goat cheese and figs salad, calamarata pasta, roasted wild salmon and mini puff with hazelnut and pistachio cream. Available daily, from 5pm to 8pm. The new brunch menu at Tasca features classic dishes such as the tempura cod cake and roasted seabass. New additions include an octopus salad with Portuguese dressing and Wagyu picanha prepared on the Josper grill. A further highlight of the Tasca brunch is the desserts, which will change every week to offer diners an element of surprise at the end of their meal. Burger lovers can now enjoy two brand new remixed classics – Not-So-Secret Burger Menu and Homage to the Clown – for three months only. The Not-So-Secret Burger (AED 45) includes two mustard-smashed patties, tomato, lettuce, onion, American cheese, and a dollop of sauce on a toasted potato bun. At the same time, Homage to the Clown (AED 55) features a double-decker sandwich, with two smashed patties alternated with buns, American cheese, Pickl’s clown sauce, dill pickles, and a side of cheese sauce.

British Afternoon Tea at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, Caesars Palace Dubai
Expect the very best of British sandwiches, including pickled cucumber with yuzu and chive butter, roast beef with horseradish cream, and a bloody mary shrimp sandwich.
