Attend a special supper club
LENTO Dubai will host a collaborative dinner, where Chef Faisal Naser invites Khaled Alsaadi, chef and owner of Fae in Abu Dhabi, to cook alongside him for one night only. The dinner will be the first in a series of LENTO & Friends Supper Club’s and is set to feature a six-course menu themed around seafood. Highlight dishes include Naser’s starter of Gulf white clams (with corn & dashi) and Alsaadi’s dessert of fish fat choux (with mandarin diplomat, ganache and olive oil). Homegrown Indian eatery Mohalla now offers an affordable two or three-course business lunch menu. The casual dining venue offers some of its signature Indian dishes for guests to enjoy in 30 minutes or less, including shami kebab slider, crispy bhutta (fried corn) or a savoury 1965 buhari (Mohalla’s version of the classic chicken 65).
