Crabs & Curries at Sontaya, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort
Served à la carte, Sontaya’s Crabs & Curries menu showcases expertly crafted recipes such as fried soft-shell crab with citrus butter, baked mud crab with vermicelli, blue crab yellow curry and wok-fried crab. Tuck into the new menu at Stratos Revolving Bar, Lounge & Grill, Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi
As the only revolving lounge in the capital, Stratos has a reputation for Josper grilled meats and alluring cocktails. Accordingly, the sky-high venue has launched a new menu featuring Josper charred calamari, seared scallops, Wagyu beef tartare and oysters. At the same time, the selection of main courses includes meats from Canada, Australia and the USA alongside seafood platters and a plethora of sauces and sides. This new menu high above the clouds certainly matches the views.

Baikingu Brunch at ZUMA Abu Dhabi, Al Maryah Island
A sophisticated twist on the Japanese izakaya style of informal eating and drinking. ZUMA’s popular Friday brunch presents a tasting menu serving an extensive selection of dishes that includes beef tataki, vegetable gyoza, chicken tempura, fresh oysters, grilled Wagyu steak and a platter of sashimi, nigiri and maki. Guests are then encouraged to select one main course from the likes of spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, barley miso corn fed baby chicken, jumbo tiger prawn with yuzu pepper, miso-marinated black cod and roasted Boston lobster. Finally, a dessert platter featuring pecan nuts sundae, chocolate fondant, yuzu cheesecake, sorbets, ice creams, exotic fruits and chocolates end this decadent brunch. Fridays, from 12pm to 3:30pm. Seasonal Lotus Root Set Menu at Dai Pai Dong, Rosewood Abu Dhabi
The ‘Lotus Root’ set menu at Dai Pai Dong is only available throughout August. Start your celebration of the sacred flower with lotus- and shrimp-filled dim sums, sweet and sour sliced lotus, and crispy fried lotus with chilli flakes. Experience two main courses, including steamed sliced lotus with minced pork, egg yolk and mushroom, and pan-fried shrimp and lotus with coriander and sweet chilli sauce.
