Seafood Night at Olea, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort 

Olea’s Seafood Night will feature a selection of tuna and salmon recipes for the month of July. The dedicated section includes tuna ceviche, seared tuna fillet, grilled tuna Nicoise, Sri Lankan tuna stew, yellowfin tuna croquettes, baked salmon Koulibiak and grilled Teriyaki salmon. The generous buffet also includes iced spider crabs, king prawns, lobster, sushi, maki rolls, salads and terrines. Thursdays and Fridays, from 7pm to 11pm. Join the adventures of Le Petit Chef at Ray’s Grill, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

Expect to be amazed as your plate becomes part of a visual show and dishes are prepared before your eyes by a thumb-sized tall chef. The experience involves a mixture of immersive theatre and interactive dining that takes diners on a 90-minute culinary journey using state-of-the-art 3D mapping technology. Le Petit Chef occurs each week from Tuesday to Sunday with sittings at 7pm and 9:30pm. Four menu options are available – Le Petit Chef Classic (AED 385), Le Petit Chef Grandioso (AED 545), Le Petit Chef Gardener (AED 385) for vegetarians, and Le Petit Chef Junior (AED 295), a menu specially created for children.

Meat People Friday Brunch at Butcher & Still, Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island

Indulge in a Stateside celebration crafted by chefs Marshall Roth and Pankaj Bisht every Friday. Highlights from the menu include shrimp cocktail, Fin de Claire oysters, and bbq smoked chicken wings. Followed by sizzling steaks on the signature butcher block with USDA Prime Kansas City Striploin, southern fried chicken, and French toast. Fin de Semana at COYA Abu Dhabi

Offering a two-hour, four-course experience that leads you through from the sun-soaked afternoon to the golden hours of the early evening. Start with salmon tacos, mixed seafood ceviche, kale salad, corn salad, Wagyu beef baos, tuna maki rolls and chicken skewers. Guests are then invited to choose one main dish from a choice of slow-cooked beef ribs, grilled corn-fed baby chicken, salmon with miso or crispy potatoes with spicy tomatoes. Finally, as the journey comes to a close, diners can choose between the decadent chocolate fondant, chicha morada and churros platter. Saturdays, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
