Try the new Flaming Duck at Hutong, DIFC

Hutong, the contemporary Northern Chinese restaurant located in DIFC, has introduced a theatrical new addition to its dinner menu. A sensational twist on their signature Peking Duck, Hutong’s Flaming Duck is prepared for 24 hours before being flamed tableside. Flaming the poultry elevates the taste with enriched flavours and smoky undertones, while the meat remains moist and tender. The process also tightens the skin, making it crispier while bringing out its aroma. Available daily, from 6pm. AED 410 (serves four to six people).
