Celebrate Bastille Day at Bagatelle Dubai, Fairmont Dubai
It’s that time of year when Bagatelle celebrates an evening of festivities. In line with the French Night Le Mardi, Bagatelle’s Bastille Day celebration begins with a menu highlighting the country’s renowned cuisine. Tuck into an array of classic dishes such as the Poulpe Croustillant, with crispy octopus and romesco puree, Foie gras au Torchon with sauternes jelly, chamomile, apricot and brioche, and Vacherin aux Fraises with strawberry sorbet, crisp meringue, vanilla chantilly and lemon and olive sponge. In recognition of his 11 years in the UAE, Scott Price will be commemorating his last service at folly by Nick & Scott. In a night to celebrate his success over the past decade, Price will cook up a five-course tasting menu, selecting his favourite dishes from his time at table 9 by Nick & Scott, Taste Kitchen and folly by Nick & Scott.
