Embark on a golden journey of gastronomy at Enigma, Palazzo Versace Dubai

Enigma’s new Golden Journey sees the restaurant’s signature dishes receive the Midas touch by incorporating touches of gold. The experience presents various cold starters, including Masto Laboo, a dish composed of fresh yoghurt with red beetroot foam and feathered with gold leaves, and Salad Chupan with watermelon, candied olives and homemade cheese beautifully enveloped with gold leaves. Warm starters feature Nargesi, a dish of melted baby spinach, confit potatoes and poached golden quail eggs topped with Persian caviar. The showstopping main course is Kabab Sultani, a delicious lamb loin skewer prepared over charcoal and wrapped with 24k gold. The meal culminates with an orange blossom tart served with golden clouds and berries. Available daily, from 12pm to 11pm. AED 1,500 for two people.
