Visit La Casa Del Tango in DIFC
Tango dancer Enrique Macana has brought the true spirit of La Boca to DIFC. La Casa del Tango is a first-of-its-kind experience for the region that combines Tango dance shows with a restaurant and bar setting, along with a supporting dance studio and fashion boutique. Signature dishes include the chorizo parrillero con provolone (grilled Argentinean sausage with provolone), huevos gramajo trufados (gramajo-style scrambled eggs with truffle) and volcan de dulce de leche (an Argentinean take on a molten cake). On weekends, you can expect a fully immersive tango experience curated by Enrique Macana with live music, performances by Tango Dance World Cup winners and Argentinian folk act.

Nibble on bites of citrus salt edamame before the cold starters appear, including beef tataki with truffle ponzu, sesame-dressed seaweed salad and a selection of sushi and sashimi. Next up are the hot starters featuring black cod and prawn gyoza with a citrus miso sauce, crisp vegetable tempura, Kushi Angus beef and yakitori chicken thigh. Main courses include appealing choices such as marinated black cod, grilled salmon teriyaki, glazed corn-fed baby chicken, Angus fillet and wild seasonal mushrooms with umami-laden seaweed butter. La Cantine du Faubourg has partnered with Jumeirah Emirates Towers to create the ultimate football Stadium to enjoy the championship. Located in the hotel’s ballroom, fans can cheer on their teams from arena-sized screens while enjoying food curated by La Cantine du Faubourg and various beverages. The unique, purpose-built space also comes with comfortable seating and benches for 250 guests, including a VIP area accommodating 70 fans. French former footballer Ibrahim Ba provide commentary throughout the games, welcoming surprise guests to discuss previous and upcoming games, scores and predictions.
