DRIFT Beach Dubai has unveiled a new menu, transporting diners to the South of France with a taste of Provençal cuisine. Under the artful direction of its new Executive Chef Sylvain Noël, the restaurant focuses on the use of the finest organic ingredients. After a leisurely morning by the pool, the lunch menu includes new French favourites’ such as Fregola Sarda Aux Legumes D’été, Les Côtelettes D’Agneau or to share, Le Poulet Label Rouge. And to end, new desserts include Riz Au Lait Onctueux, Le Mille-Feuille, À La Cannelle and L’Ile Flottante.

Dine with Chef Heinz Beck at Social by Heinz Beck, Waldorf Astoria Dubai The Palm

The award-winning chef of three-Michelin-starred La Pergola in Rome will be hosting a special dinner over three consecutive nights at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. Diners can either opt for the à la carte menu or choose between the five-course set menu or seven-course set menu. Dishes on offer include amberjack with chamomile pesto, eggplant and pollen, scallops with pistachio cream, grape and plum sauce, and lamb with wild fennel sauce and nettle cream. Available Saturday 9 to Monday 11 October. AED 600 (five-courses) and AED 800 (seven courses).
