Situated in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre, ICD Brookfield Place is fast becoming the place to see (and be seen at) in Dubai. Home to several upmarket restaurants, exciting fitness centres and retail options, here are ten great reasons to explore the glistening skyscraper.
Dining
Josette
Orange Hospitality, the team behind Alici, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro and MayaBay Dubai, has opened the chic Parisian concept Josette inside ICD Brookfield Place. Here, guests are invited to embark on a journey of nostalgia with refined cabaret shows that evoke the spirit of Parisian glitz and glamour. Josette’s à la carte menu offers reimagined classics such as cuisses de grenouilles, escargot, moules marinières, foie gras and crêpe Josette. Guests can also indulge in traditional French baguettes, viennoiseries and pâtisseries from the boulangerie, freshly baked in-house and handcrafted to perfection. A first-of-its-kind afternoon high tea experience will also launch soon.

La Niña
Cured ham, pan-seared fish, refreshing gazpacho, crispy patatas bravas – Iberian cuisine is renowned for its simplicity. Now, La Niña has thrown out the rulebook with its unique take on Iberian Latino cuisine. Located in ICD Brookfield Place, the opulent restaurant promises to be as courageous and bold in its flavour combinations as its storied heritage and celebrated traditions. La Niña explores a fusion of flavours from the Iberian Peninsula and South America, drawing inspiration from two rich cultures that have crossed paths throughout history. From breakfast through dinner, the menu is packed with intriguing creations crafted by a team of chefs who combine their world-class culinary expertise to bring flavours from around the world to the table.

ICD Brookfield Place is also home to Lulu & The Beanstalk, a dreamy new cafe offering high-quality coffee, craft cocktails, comforting small dishes and hearty sharing platters amidst whimsical interiors. Wafa Tajdin and Amirah Tajdin are the two sisters behind the brand who share a deep love for storytelling, creating a venue that encourages guests to get lost in a world of art, design, photography and poetry. In addition to retail books, a floor-to-ceiling bookcase houses over 1,000 rare books, some dating back to 1857.

The Arts Club
The first rule of The Arts Club is that you don’t talk about (or take photos inside) The Arts Club. The exclusive members-only club was initially established in the United Kingdom in 1863 by luminaries like Charles Dickens. Art Deco touches, statement floral displays and rich fabrics set the scene for fostering a community for those involved in the fields of arts, science and literature. HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum recently visited the venue, but if you’re hoping to make like the Sheikh, be warned: membership starts from AED 7,875.

The buzzing day-to-night collective will take Dubai’s curiosity and adventure to new heights through an all-encompassing dining room that offers five different experiences. These include a brasserie known as The Avenue, a Champagne-tasting bar and greenhouse-esque Potting Shed, The Rock Pool housing live king crab and lobster, The Salon, and a nightclub come piano bar and lounge.
