Puesta del Sol at COYA Dubai, Four Seasons Resort Jumeriah Beach
The refreshing summer Puesta del Sol menu has been designed for early diners to enjoy sunset views of the Dubai skyline. The seasonal three-course menu consists of COYA’s famous Guacamole with tortillas, a choice of soup, followed by two small dishes, and a main course. Options include Sea Bream, Spicy Beef Fillet, Corn Fed Baby Chicken and Chilean sea bass. Daily from 7pm to 7pm. AED 350 per person.
The Maskerade Evening Brunch at The Penthouse, FIVE Palm Jumeriah
The Maskerade Evening Brunch features unlimited beverages and food from The Penthouse’s new menu, surrounded by the striking decor of the newly revamped jungle-themed restaurant. Dishes on the brunch menu include Japanese favourites such as Sashimi, Prawn Tempura and Beef Sliders. A selection of main courses includes Grilled Salmon with Wok-fried Vegetables, Karai Baby Chicken and a special chef’s selection of Sushi. The brunch is accompanied by a soundtrack of upbeat tunes from famed German House DJ Matthias Tanzmann. Thursdays, from 7pm to 10pm. AED 250 (ladies) and AED 350 (gents).
