LPM Restaurant & Bar at DIFC

Designed by the LPM’s Global Bar Manager Tibor Krascsenics, the new ‘recipes for friends’ menu is ideal for celebrating Bastille Day. The new menu infuses beverages with history and the fantastical artwork of Jean Cocteau. Like a novel written during La Belle Époque, the menu comprises four chapters, highlighting a place that Jean Cocteau once called home. In each chapter, three beverages are showcased – each a person or event that marked the artist’s life. While we don’t want to spoil the surprises, the Instagramable Trinity is inspired by Louis Cartier’s iconic ring and features cane, cacao, strawberry, Islay honey water and bitters, presented inside a levitating glass.
