Two new family-friendly attractions open at Al Hudayriyat Island
Fun-filled days by the ocean for the entire family with the newly opened Splash Park and Pirates Playground at Circuit X.
Abu Dhabi’s Al Hudayriyat Island is fast becoming the capitals go-to leisure destination. The desert island features a beautiful public beach, 10 kilometres of cycling tracks, football fields, beach volleyball courts, extensive dining options and glamping at Bab Al Nojoum.
Amongst the vast range of activities at this family-friendly destination is Circuit X, an outdoor adventure hub featuring a thrilling BMX park and high ropes course spread across 15,000 square metres. In anticipation of the upcoming summer season, the venue has opened a new splash and climb park aimed specifically at Circuit X’s younger visitors.
Youngsters are free to let their imaginations run wild while keeping cool and making new friends at the Splash Pad, which features a rain shower, a splash tower, water fountains and a designated children’s pool. The Splash Pad also features a unique 3D climbing structure that offers little ones the thrills and exhilaration of the high ropes course while letting them explore, build on their motor skills and coordination in a fun and safe environment.
The second new addition to Circuit X is the magical pirate ship play structure which features a crossing bridge, slides and spider-web swings. The Pirates Playground transports little ones to a world filled with adventure and laughter while ensuring a fun day out for the whole family.
Access to the Splash Park is priced at AED 50 for the first hour, while those who book for two hours pay only AED 65. Tickets to Pirates’ Playground start at AED 15 and include one hour of playtime per person. For both parks, children under the age of four are required to be supervised by parents at all times.
Circuit X Splash Park is open from 3pm to 10pm on weekdays and from 9am to 10pm on weekends and public holidays.
