Japanese restaurant, Hidemasa welcomes guests to celebrate the annual Obon Festival this weekend. To kick off the celebrations, diners can enjoy edamame with sea salt, fresh sake carpaccio or a lightly seared beef tataki for appetisers. Elsewhere, expect sushi, sashimi, crispy hyokomame gyoza and grilled lemongrass chicken. For the main course, those celebrating can savour tasty platters featuring saikyo miso marinated black cod or savoury agedashi tofu.
