The American singer will headline the second night of the event.

Tennis fans, listen up—the World Tennis League is gearing up to return for its third season, taking over Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi from 19 to 22 December 2024. As for who’s taking the stage this year? Bryan Adams has already been confirmed to headline the opening event on 19 December, while a performance from Anastacia will close out a day of play from some of the world’s top tennis talent on Friday, 20 December.

For the uninitiated, the event combines the world’s top professional tennis players in an engaging team-driven format alongside electrifying concerts, culminating in what has been dubbed ‘The Greatest Show on Court’.

Anastacia Lyn Newkirk is known for her powerhouse vocals and chart-topping hits like “I’m Outta Love,” “Not That Kind,” “Freak of Nature,” “Paid My Dues,” and “One Day in Your Life.” With over 30 million records sold worldwide, Anastacia has amassed over 225 awards across 31 countries and achieved #1 hits in 19 nations. In 2001, she was honoured as the World’s Best Selling New Female Pop Artist at the World Music Awards. With over thirty years in the music industry, she has collaborated with top-tier talent, including Celine Dion, Elton John, Paul McCartney, and Luciano Pavarotti.

Now in its third season, the World Tennis League has firmly established itself as a premier event, combining world-class tennis with electrifying musical performances. Organisers have confirmed that more international artists will be announced in the coming weeks, along with the full roster of tennis players set to take to the court at Etihad Arena. Last year’s event saw performances from 50 Cent, Akon, Ne-Yo, The Original Wailers and UB40.

Tickets to see Anastacia in Abu Dhabi are now available via the Etihad Arena website as well as Platinumlist, with prices starting from AED 249. Concert ticket holders can enhance their World Tennis League experience by adding a discounted tennis ticket for the day’s matches.
