The iconic hotel offers iftars and suhoors with MICHELIN-inspired menus.
One of the most luxurious locations in the UAE is Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi. Located on West Corniche Road, the five-star hotel will be home to one of the grandest Ramadan offerings in the country. Majilis by the Sea makes its return to the hotel, and here’s what to expect.
Now in its third year, Majilis by the Sea is a spectacular setting for iftars and suhoor. Located between a private beach and Qasr Al Watan, the site has 1,400 seats indoors and outdoors. Inside, guests can dine at culinary pop-ups from the FACT award-winning Talea by Antonio Guida and Martabaan by Hemant Oberoi, as well as food from Hakkasan and the newly launched Strawfire.

Guests can explore the sushi station operated by a Japanese chef, who will craft the freshest sushi right before their eyes. From the Lebanese Terrace, authentic Arabic dishes will be served, and the buffet will be bursting with international favourites.
At Majilis by the Sea, visitors can watch the stunning sunset and enjoy the soothing sounds of Arabic instrumental music. Blending elegance and tradition, The Majlis by the Sea offers a serene setting for iftar and suhoor, featuring high arches, soft ambient lighting, and a warm, neutral palette. Thoughtfully arranged traditional seating fosters connection, extending to an open-air terrace with views of the sea and Abu Dhabi skyline.

Beyond destination dining, the hotel embraces the spirit of Ramadan with curated experiences for all ages. The Kids Palace will offer iftar movie nights, interactive games and Ramadan crafts.
With food waste peaking during Ramadan, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental is reinforcing its commitment to sustainability. Continuing its partnership with Reloop, the hotel will divert excess kitchen waste to a composting facility for use on local farms. The palatial property will also partner with ne’ma to redistribute untouched food from The Majlis by the Sea, ensuring Ramadan’s abundance reaches the wider community.

Iftar will be available daily from sunset until 8:30pm and is priced at AED 355 per person. Suhoor will be offered from 10pm to 2am with a minimum spend of AED 200 per person and elaborate set menus for groups starting from AED 360.
