The region’s first female-led restaurant promises to delight diners across the region.

The Middle East is leaving no stone unturned in redefining dining, entertainment, and luxury. With new openings popping up across the region, there’s always something fresh to experience. Now, after finding success in Dubai, Fi’lia restaurant is gearing up for expansion to Abu Dhabi and the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.

In the capital, Fi’lia will soon open its doors at the Mondrian Abu Dhabi, a 300-key luxury property set to launch later this year. This space will provide the perfect setting for Fi’lia’s comforting Italian dishes, blending tradition with modernity in a warm and sophisticated setting.

But Fi’lia’s journey doesn’t stop in the UAE capital. The restaurant is also making its debut in Saudi Arabia at the luxurious SLS Red Sea. As the Red Sea Project transforms Saudi Arabia’s western coastline into a global hub for luxury tourism, Fi’lia will bring its signature Italian dishes to this coastal destination.

Fi’lia is the region’s first female-led restaurant and a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recipient. Its name, derived from the Italian word for “daughter,” reflects a menu inspired by recipes passed down through generations of women. Fi’lia’s first Middle Eastern outpost in SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences opened in 2021 and made waves with its stunning views and European dishes.
