F!N in Abu Dhabi: Get swept away by the cafe in the ocean

The pop-up is only accessible by boat, and serves drinks and desserts. 

Abu Dhabi, it’s time to get swept away by a cool cafe in the ocean. F!N café offers drinks, dessert and dramatic views. So, if you’re looking for a wow-worthy café, here’s what you need to know. 

It’s not often that just getting to a venue is an adventure. F!N café is bringing it, and knows how to make an entrance. Guests must hop on board a boat, and go from the marina to a remote island. The boat can carry five people and takes 20 minutes. The journey includes a tour and two drinks.

Once you arrive, you’ll be rewarded with refreshing cold drinks and desserts. The laidback spot is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the capital. Boats and speedboats are left by the shore, as the surfboard with F!N café’s logo indicates that you have arrived in the correct place. 

Walk along the sandy beach, and then you’ll find a server on hand to help. The products are packaged in a playful way. On the cups, it reads: “Summer is not fun without Fin”. On the boxes, it reads: “Taste of pleasure”. Then, all you have to do is listen to the sound of the lapping waves, and enjoy the views of the capitals as well as the cold beverages. 

F!N cafe in the ocean is open Friday to Sunday from 3pm to 7pm. The boat prices start from AED 315.
