If the sound of falafel and fatteh gets your mouth watering, then we have some exciting news. The Lebanese restaurant chain Al Safadi has opened its first branch in Abu Dhabi in a wonderful waterside setting at Al Qana.
Al Safadi in Abu Dhabi boasts a serene view and features 450 seats across an indoor and outdoor space. The concept covers classic Lebanese cuisine, and the brand prides itself on using high-quality ingredients and creating an authentic dining experience.
The menu covers traditional hot and cold mezze dishes, falafel, fatteh, foul, manakish and sweets. Plus, there are mixed grills, shawarmas and seafood, which draw their inspiration from homemade-style dishes.
Al Safadi has been open in Dubai for more than twenty years and first started on Al Rigga Road. Now, the brand has five branches in the city including Motor City, Sheikh Zayed Road, The Pointe and Umm Al Sheif. The Abu Dhabi branch is being overseen by the same team in Dubai. Group Executive Chef, Chef Omar Harbaly, who has worked for the brand for 23 years, will provide his guidance on the new opening.
Fadi Safadi, CEO of Al Safadi, explained: “We are delighted to bring Al Safadi’s culinary heritage and exceptional dining experience to the heart of Abu Dhabi. Our journey has been one of passion and dedication to sharing the flavours of Lebanon, and we can’t wait to become a part of the vibrant Abu Dhabi dining scene.”
