Pincode takes its name from the era of handwritten letters. It was the time when family recipes were passed down through generations in raw, written form — sometimes in diaries — that mothers and grandmothers maintained. Kunal Kapoor borrows this name to share the flavours from all across India, as a love letter to the region’s diverse culinary offerings.

The menu at Pincode by Kunal Kapoor is filled with dishes like Dates and Olive Malai Paneer Tikka, Popcorn Soup, Chicken Malai Tikka Caesar Salad, Amritsari Fried Fish, and Saag Burrata that are must-tries. The desserts take things up a notch with Rasmalai Tiramisu, Falooda Sundae and much more.

As for Kunal Kapoor, he hails from New Delhi and started his career in a hotel management program. This led him to craft creations in some of the finest kitchens in India, including the Taj and Kempinski groups. He garnered more fame when he started appearing on Masterchef India. Today, he’s authored several cookbooks and is a successful restaurateur.

Kunal Kapur initially opened an Indian Tapas and Bar named Quarter Plate in Noida, India and soon ventured to Dubai with Pincode by Kunal Kapur. After the Dubai success, he expanded to New Delhi, India and is now bringing the same culinary magic to Abu Dhabi.
