The White Rabbit chef is behind the cool culinary concept.

Abu Dhabi is home to world-class dining destinations. Now, Sakhalin Abu Dhabi has been announced, and is a creative collaboration between restaurateur Boris Zarkov, chef Alexey Kogay and White Rabbit Family’s brand chef, Vladimir Mukhin.

Inspired by Sakhalin Island, Russia, the location acts as a crossroads for two cultures. Sakhalin is an island in the Pacific Ocean, north of Japan. The brand can already be found around the world in cities including Bodrum, Moscow, and Istanbul.

Vladimir Mukhin is a Russian chef who has worked on the Sakhalin concept. He started his career when he was 12 years old. He is famous for being the head chef at White Rabbit in Moscow and Krasota Dubai. He also featured on the Netflix documentary, Chef’s Table
