The beautiful beachfront restaurant comes to Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort.

SAL is expanding from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The first venue can be found in Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, and the second venue is open at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. So, if you want a beautiful beachfront restaurant, here’s what you need to know.  

SAL Saadiyat Island is a sophisticated spot, which draws its inspiration from Capri, Mykonos and Saint-Tropez. Bringing laidback luxury to Abu Dhabi, diners can soak up the uninterrupted water views and dig into a Mediterranean-inspired menu.

Head Chef, Vincenzo Nigro has worked across the world in Australia, Mauritius and Russia. He joins SAL Saadiyat Island with two decades of experience. The highlights on the menu include King Crab and Homemade Trenette Pasta, and Sea Salt Crusted Sea Bass. Plus, classics include Lobster Linguine, Pizza Margherita and Tirimasu.

Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort is also home to a range of restaurants, which include the FACT Award winning Levantine restaurant, Tean, sustainable concept White, and the Italian restaurant, Mare Mare. 

SAL Saadiyat Island is open from Monday to Friday for lunch from 12.30pm to 5pm, dinner from 7pm to 11pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 11.30pm.
