The venue includes music, mocktails and more.
Abu Dhabi, it’s time to welcome a new music venue. The Jazz Club has opened on Al Raha Beach, bringing together live music, drinks and desserts. So, if you like good music, here’s what you need to know.
The Jazz Club in Abu Dhabi is currently in the soft opening phase and is welcoming guests to the venue. Look out for the neon sign, which says its name and includes a saxophone. The venue boasts a chilled, classy and contemporary vibe. The bar is plush and playful – instead of including lines of drinks, there are speakers and vinyl records on the shelves. We spotted records ranging from Michael Jackson’s Thriller to Annie Lennox’s Nostalgia, and records from Chet Baker and Elvis Presley.
The design includes crystal chandeliers, framed photos of legendary musicians on the walls and potted plants in the corner. Whether you’re with a group or pair, you can take your pick from small round tables for two to big curved banquettes for more. The venue includes shades of brown to red, with mahogany tables and maroon drapes. The moody lighting creates a sultry vibe and spans little lamps on the tables and candles in corners. And, we even spotted a saxophone on the wall.
The Jazz Bar serves mocktails and offers coffee-inspired drinks. Nasser Mohamed has worked closely with the bar. On his Instagram It’s Nas Coffee, he stated: “The moment we’ve been working towards is finally here! After months of designing, planning, and fine-tuning every detail, The Jazz Club will officially open its doors. We’ve poured our hearts into creating the ultimate jazz experience, from the smooth, soulful tunes of live performances to a specially crafted drink menu designed to elevate your night. Every element has been thoughtfully curated to bring you a space where music, art, and atmosphere come together.”
The Jazz Club in Abu Dhabi is currently open from Tuesdays to Sundays from 4pm to 11pm.
