Dig into Nobu by the Beach’s new dishes
Nobu by the Beach at Atlantis The Royal has introduced 20 new dishes. Combining Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, the options span the starters, mains and desserts. The new arrivals include Black Cod Croquettes, Lobster Coriander Shiso, and Tuna Karashi Sesame. Plus, Crispy fried churros with miso lime and moreish chocolate sauce, and Tiramisu with aromatic Asian tonka jelly and kinako.

Check out BIRDS Dubai’s new set menu
BIRDS Dubai, the dazzling dinner and show experience, is launching a new set menu. Birds can already be found in Bodrum and Moscow, and recently opened in Address Downtown, Dubai. Located on the 63rd floor, guests can can enjoy an evening of immersive and sophisticated performances. The menu starts from 450 AED per person, and costs 250 AED per couple for a bottle of red or white wine.

Sip your way through Blind Tiger’s new menu
Jumeirah Al Naseem’s Blind Tiger is launching a limited-edition menu, which is available from 17 July to 17 August. The drinks are made using the gin brand, Monkey 47, which blends together the botanicals elderberry, mint, orange, jasmine, nutmeg and more. Drinks include Forest Mirage with black pepper, mint and raspberry; Tiger’s Paw with ginger, pineapple and yuzu; and Zen Monkey with blackberry, Sakura, sake and yuzu. The cocktails start from AED 80.

Nature and wellness combine at Bab Al Nojoum. Located on Hudayriyat Island, the retreat has launched its Well-being in Nature package with six new experiences, which aim to revitalise your mind and body. Check out En Fuego’s new brunch
En Fuego at Atlantis, The Palm has launched a new brunch, Sunday Rodizio Carnival. Running every Sunday from 1pm 5pm, it draws its inspiration from Brazil. Guests can enjoy unlimited servings of grilled meats, and dishes include Beef Picanha, Corn Fed Chicken Breast and Marinated Flank Steak. The entertainment includes roaming skull heads, samba dancers and activities for kids. Packages start from AED 195 for adults, and AED 95 for children.
