This week, Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, presents a culinary journey from acclaimed Chef Stéphane Buron. Guests at Bord Eau restaurant will be guided through a curated five-course menu complemented by the finest grape selection. The menu highlights include the Crispy langoustine tartlet with Kristal caviar and Stracciatella, Roasted lobster enriched with salted butter, and Scallop carpaccio with citrus. Ikra Caviar Bar is hosting an exclusive dinner featuring chef Dmitry Eremeev from Moscow’s Turandot restaurant, alongside Ikra’s chef Denis Yermolaev. The Aristocratic Fusion dinner promises a culinary odyssey for just 25 guests, showcasing the chefs’ innovative approach to merging Eastern and Western traditions. Taste some truffle
Villa Toscana at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi welcomes guests to embark on a gastronomic adventure this November with its Truffle Dinner and Truffle Festival. The Truffle Dinner features a five-course set menu through which diners can experience authentic Italian creations enhanced with black and white truffles.
