Prepare for a three-day wellness festival in Abu Dhabi.
The first Kayan Wellness Festival in Abu Dhabi was supposed to take place in April 2024 but was called off due to severe weather. Focusing on the body, mind, and soul, the festival will now take place from 31 January to 2 February on Al Fahid Island.
Kayan Wellness Festival will bring classes, talks, and workshops to the capital. Centered around three core pillars—Mind, Body, and Soul—Kayan Wellness Festival offers a holistic approach to well-being. Attendees will find themselves on a journey to mental clarity, physical vitality, and inner peace, with a diverse range of activities that cater to overall wellness.
What was on the agenda?
Kayan Wellness Festival will feature a range of exciting events for adults and children. The festival’s lineup includes renowned global wellness experts like Sadhguru, biohacker Gary Brecka, and thought leaders Marisa Peer and Mo Gawdat. Set amidst the tranquil landscape of Fahid Island, the event features a curated agenda with sessions in breathwork, sound healing, yoga, fitness, and thought-provoking talks on health, wellness, and biohacking advancements.
In the Mind Zone, participants will be able to engage in discussions and workshops on mindful eating, mental health, and emotional resilience, designed to empower individuals to foster healthier relationships and mental well-being.
The Body Zone offers high-energy fitness sessions, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility workshops, ensuring a revitalizing experience for all fitness levels.
For those seeking spiritual alignment, the Soul Zone provides workshops focused on soul alignment and energy healing, offering a peaceful sanctuary for reflection and tranquillity.
