Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori opens at The Galleria Mall

Sunset Hospitality Group teams up with chef-preneur Akmal Anuar for an authentic Japanese dining experience.

Hot on the heels from the launch of Lola Taberna Española last month, Sunset Hospitality has opened another new restaurant. Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, now open at The Galleria Mall Dubai on Al Wasl Road, is a joint venture with White Rice Consultancy’s Akmal Anuar and partner Inez Tantyanna that looks set to bring contemporary Japanese cuisine to Dubai’s savvy diners.

The launch of Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori brings a refreshing start to the year 2021 for SHG which concluded 2020 with four successful restaurants openings including Black Tap in The Dubai Mall and the Mall of Emirates, Cloud Restaurant & Lounge in Studio One Hotel and the Spanish restaurant Lola Taberna Española at Tryp by Wyndham Al Barsha Heights. The Group also launched its lifestyle brand, METT Hotels & Resorts with its first hotel opening in Bodrum scheduled for Spring 2021.

Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori’s menu features a mix of new-style sashimi, nigiri, maki rolls, caviar, yakitori skewers and clay pots and the restaurant is open daily from 12pm until midnight. A new spot to try for appetising Japanese flavours in a casual setting.
