The South Korean company makes its debut in Dubai.

If you thought Dubai lacks an art scene, we present to you the exciting new opening: Arte Museum. Created by the South Korean company d’strict, the immersive art space will be located on level two of Dubai Mall. Scheduled to open on 19 February, here’s what to expect the from cool, cutting-edge exhibition.

In 2020, Arte Museum launched in Jeju, South Korea, and it went onto tour the world. The exhibition reached five million visitors and garnered plenty of fans. Plus, the show won design awards, including the prestigious iF Design Award for two consecutive years.

Arte Museum will host the Eternal Nature exhibition. The immersive experience will include 14 curated zones, which showcase the beauty and power of nature. One of the main pieces will be Wave, which draws its inspiration from the theme. Judging by the previous shows across the world that included Wave, we are expecting this to be a visually stunning space.

d’strict previously posted a teaser trailer on Instagram, which included dramatic images of a wave crashing. Not only does it look visually realistic, but it also sounds like a gigantic wave. The design company prides itself on creating innovative experiences that utilise digital media technology. The company aims to be the leaders when it comes to digital experiences. Plus, it previously launched what it calls, the world’s first 4D art park.

Tickets for Eternal Nature start from AED 109 for adults. The exhibition is open daily from Monday to Thursday from 10am to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10am to midnight.

Go on, catch a wave.
